Alex Cameron: Runnin’ Outta Luck – videoklip a Killers frontemberével készült dalhoz
A tavalyi budapesti Mac DeMarco-koncert előzenekari posztján az Akvárium Klubba is eljutott extravagáns ausztrál dalszerző-énekes Alex Cameron közelgő új albumáról, a Foxygen-tag Jonathan Rado zenészi és társproduceri segédletével készült Forced Witnessről már hallhattuk két olyan dalt, melyhez Angel Olsen adta a női hangot (Candy May, Stranger’s Kiss – ez utóbbi duetthez a Girls sorozatból ismert Jemima Kirke rendezésében és főszereplésével érkezett klip!), és most itt a videója annak a számnak is, melyet Alex a Killers-frontember Brandon Flowers társaságában írt és rögzített (az amerikai zenekar aktuális klipdalát, a Run For Covert is együtt írták).
A Las Vegasban írt Runnin’ Outta Luck című számban Flowers a háttérvokálozás mellett gitáron, basszuson és billentyűkön is besegített, ahogy a Foxygen-tag Jonathan Rado is ugyanezeken a hangszereken, sőt rajtuk kívül még az amerikai énekesnő Weyes Blood is beszállt vokálozni és a kultikus ausztrál gitáros Kirin J Callinan is feljátszott egy témát – az angliai Hastings városában és annak tengerpartján játszódó klipet viszont Alex Cameron a fő zenei segédjével, a dalban társszerzői kreditet is kapó Roy Molloy szaxofonossal forgatta, Nick MacMahon rendezésében.
