Az új St. Vincent-dallal egy időben az Arcade Fire is kiadott egy friss kislemezt, de ehhez klip is jár! Az évet Mavis Staples gospel/blues énekesnő társaságában az I Give You Power című Donald Trump–protest songgal nyitó kanadai zenekar július 28-ra jelentette be a Pulp-basszista Steve Mackey, a Daft Punk-tag Thomas Bangalter és a Portishead-vezér Geoff Barrow társproduceri közreműködésével készült ötödik albumát, melyről az ABBA-diszkós címadó Everything Now és az elektro-rockos Creature Comfort után a Talking Heads/Blondie-féle funkos new wave-et megidéző harmadik kislemezdalhoz, a júniusi koncerteken már szintén játszott Signs Of Life-hoz is jött videó.
Az elsőhöz hasonlóan ez a harmadik szám is Bangalter és Mackey felügyeletével készült, míg a hangszerelésben Owen Pallettnek ezúttal besegített a hegedűslány Sarah Neufeld is, aki a turnén továbbra is a zenekarral tart.
A Talking Heads eddig is az egyik fő inspirációs forrás volt Win Butleréknél, akik David Byrne-ék hajdani repertoárjából a Thank You For Sending Me An Angel, This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody) és Slippery People című dalokat is játszották élőben, az utóbbit Mavis Staplesszel közösen is, és az arra épülő mostani szerzeményük a legnyilvánvalóbb tisztelgés, még úgy is, hogy a versszakok rapszerű skandálása inkább a Blondie-féle Rapture-t idézi ugyanabból a hetvenes-nyolcvanas évekbeli New York-i new wave-körből.
