Arctic Monkeys: Body Paint – újabb klipdal az új The Car album elé +FRISSÍTÉS: fellépés Jimmy Fallonnál

Az eredetileg szólóanyagnak tervezett, kevésbé rockos, inkább billentyűs dominanciájú legutóbbi lemezhez hasonlóan Alex Turner az új albumot is egyedül írta, csupán egy-két dalhoz vette igénybe az Arctic Monkeys-ritmusgitáros Jamie Cooknak és a szintén sheffieldi Milburn haverzenekar szólógitárosának, Tom Rowley-nak a társszerzői segítségét. A most megjelent Body Paint című szám is marad a 2018-as anyag – és a múlt havi There’d Better Be A Mirrorball kislemezdal – hatvanas-hetvenes évekbeli varietévonalán, a frontember által ígért dinamikusabb és hangosabb megszólalást az album még be nem mutatott részeiben remélhetjük.

A Body Paint stúdiófelvétele pár perce a BBC Radio 1 adón Clara Amfo műsorában debütált, majd a Brook Linder által rendezett stílszerűen retrós klip is megérkezett hozzá, ma éjszaka pedig Jimmy Fallon tévéshow-jában is bemutatják a dalt (és akkor majd az az élő verzió is bekerül ide a cikkbe frissítésként). FRISSÍTÉS: már itt is van!
