Black Midi: Ducter – videoklip az első album és a budapesti koncert elé
A legizgalmasabb új zenekarok közt jegyzett Black Midi londoni posztpunk/noise/math/art-rock kvartett – a hajdani Can-énekes Damo Suzukival közös improvizatív koncertfelvételének kazettakiadását leszámítva – csak néhány kislemezdalt jelentetett meg (BmBmBm, Speedway, Crow’s Perch, Talking Heads), ám holnap végre megérkezik az első album is, amivel készülhetünk a budapesti koncertre (Dürer Kert, október 14.) Addig is itt egy új videoklip a Grand Theft Auto V és Red Dead Redemption 2 videojátékok illusztrációit tervező stúdiótól.
A húszas éveik elején járó tagok, a basszista-énekes Cameron Picton, a fekete dobos Morgan Simpson, az experimentalista gitáros Matt Kelvin és a gitáros-énekes-frontember Geordie Greep a számaik címét titokban tartották (vagy maguk sem véglegesítették) egészen a megjelenésig, és így tettek az album esetében is, ám a most videóval együtt közzétett szerzeményükről a rajongótábor már korábban kiderítette, hogy a vezeték/csatorna és doktor szavakból összejátszott Ducter címet fogja kapni (lásd a tavaszi philadelphiai teljes koncertvideójuk setlistjét!).
A neves brit producer Dan Carey (Franz Ferdinand, Bloc Party, Toy, Bat For Lashes, Kate Tempest stb.) segédletével felvett Schlagenheim albumon záródalként szereplő hat és fél perces Ducter klipjét Anthony Macbain és Roxie Vizcarra cége, a brooklyni Anthrox Studio jegyzi, mely a sajtófotók helyett használt avatár-képsorozatot is készítette a zenekar számára.
