A 46 éves művésznő az október 5-én megjelenő Wanderer albumának számai közül utolsóként készítette el ezt a Lana Del Rey-kollaborációt, idén tavaszi közös turnéjuk idején. Cat Power a saját erős női mivoltát ünneplő (a szövegben korábbi egészségügyi problémáira is utaló) Woman duetthez stílszerűen női zenészek kíséretében forgatott videót, Greg Hunt rendezővel, akivel már a 2013-as Manhattan klipet is együtt jegyezte.
