Flume feat. London Grammar: Let You Know – az ausztrál DJ közös dala a londoni trió énekesnőjével
Az ausztrál DJ-producer Flume (született: Harley Edward Streten, 1991) a Miike Snow-frontember Andrew Wyatt-tel felvett 2015-ös Some Minds óta halmozza a sztárvendégeket számaiban: 2016-os Skin albumán Beck, Vince Staples, Raekwon, Vic Mensa, Tove Lo, MNDR és a Little Dragon, míg 2017-es Skin Companion EP 2-jén Pusha T, Moses Sumney és a Glass Animals énekese is szerepelt. Idén már kaptunk tőle egy mixtape-et SOPHIE, JPEGMAFIA és Slowthai közreműködésével, legújabb kislemezdalában pedig a London Grammar trióból Hannah Reid énekel.
A szofisztikált melankolikus indie pop zenében utazó angol London Grammar együttestől a 2017-es Truth Is A Beautiful Thing album videosorozatát (Rooting For You, Big Picture, Oh Woman, Oh Man) záró Non Believer klipje óta nem kaptunk semmi újdonságot, de most legalább az énekesnő hangját hallhatjuk ebben az új kollaborációjában, mely a Disclosure house duóval közös 2013-as Help Me Lose My Mind című számának méltó párja lett. „Hannah és én múlt nyáron írtuk meg együtt a Let You Know-t. Londonban jártam, az volt az az út, amikor Slowthai-jal is találkoztam. Már régóta akartam csinálni valamit Hannah-val, és ez a szám igazán természetesen született meg a stúdióban még ugyanazon a napon” – mondja Flume az itt hallható közös felvételükről.
