A múlt hétvégén bemutatott The House (magyar címén: Egy ház, három család) három félórás sztoriját az ír Enda Walsh drámaíró jegyzi, aki David Bowie utolsó Lazarus musicaljének is társszerzője volt, míg a kísérőzenét a többszörös Oscar-díjas argentin gitáros-zeneszerző Gustavo Santaolalla (Túl a barátságon, Bábel) komponálta.

A fiatal animátor-rendezők (Emma de Swaef, Marc James Roels, Niki Lindroth von Bahr, Paloma Baeza) által filmre vitt három történet középpontjában egy baljóslatú ház áll, a XIX. század végén játszódó első részben emberfigurák, a posztapokaliptikus jövőbe helyezett harmadik részben antropomorf macskák szerepelnek, a legkafkaibb középső jelenidejű epizódban pedig rágcsálók – és az ingatlanfejlesztő egér főhősnek Jarvis Cocker kölcsönzi a hangját, aki Gustavo Santaolallával közösen egy This House Is. . . című dalt is írt a végefőcímhez a szóban forgó házról.

Jarvis legutóbbi kollaborációja 2021 novemberéből Henry Smithson (Riton) és Ben Rymer brit DJ-producerek Gucci Soundsystem duójával, az ENSZ glasgow-i COP26 klímakonferenciájához igazított Let’s Stick Around című szám, mely decemberben klipet is kapott a klímatüntetőkkel és az énekes piaci táncával:
