King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard: Honey – videoklip a 16. album elé
Az ausztrál King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard pszichedelikus rockerei 2017-ben öt albumot adtak ki (Flying Microtonal Banana, Murder Of The Universe, Sketches Of Brunswick East, Polygondwanaland, Gumboot Soup), aztán a 2018-ban Budapesten is áthaladó világturnéjuk után 2019-ben még kettőt (Fishing For Fishies, Infest The Rats’ Nest), de idén is kapunk tőlük a jótékonysági koncertlemezek mellé friss stúdióanyagot: a zenekar készülő 16. stúdióalbumról már itt is van a Honey című első klipdal!
A koronavírus-járvány alatt persze nem sikerült a hagyományos módszerrel dolgozni, így az itt hallható felvételen a hét tagból csak öten szerepelnek: a néhány év ezelőtt írt szerzeményének most végre stúdióverziót adó multiinstrumentalista-énekes Stu Mackenzie mellett Ambrose Kenny-Smith szájharmonikán, Cook Craig zongorán, Joey Walker basszusgitáron és Michael Cavanagh dobokon. A videót ismét John Angus Stewart rendezte.
