King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard: Straws In The Wind – videoklip + Tropical Fuck Storm: Legal Ghost

A legutóbbi megjelenés óta augusztus végén kilépett a zenekar egyik dobosa és menedzsere, Eric Moore, hogy ezentúl lemezkiadójuknak, a Flightless Recordsnak a vezetésére koncentrálhasson, így most hivatalosan hattagúra fogyott a felállás, de a keleties beütésű új Straws In The Wind klipdalt az előző két számhoz hasonlón ismét csak négy zenész játszotta fel – ezúttal azonban a billentyűs-szájharmonikás-másodénekes Ambrose Kenny-Smith viszi a prímet a multiinstrumentalista-énekes Stu Mackenzie, a gitáros-szitáros-billentyűs Cook Craig és a dobos Michael Cavanagh élén. A címbeli széllel dacoló videót régi vizuálfelelősük, Jason Galea rendezte.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Eric’s departure as a member of King Gizz to focus solely on Flightless Records. Over the last decade as both member and manager, from airport to soundcheck and from tourbus to stage he was there each step of the way. Eric made an immeasurable contribution to the band and we’re sad to see him go! We gotta thank him for his devotion, fervour and good times. We’re so grateful to have had the privilege of travelling the world with one of our best buddies.
