Maya Hawke: Thérèse – orgiaklip a Stranger Things-színésznő új Moss albumához
A Stranger Things sorozatban sztárrá lett, de a Volt egyszer egy. . . Hollywood című filmben is szereplő Maya Hawke színésznő – Uma Thurman és Ethan Hawke 1998-as születésű lánya – folkos dalszerző-énekesnőként is sikeresen bemutatkozott 2019-es To Love A Boy/Stay Open kislemezével és 2020-as Blush albumával. 2021 végén egy Blue Hippo című új klipdallal már jelezte a folytatást, 2022. szeptember 23-ra pedig Moss címmel jelentette be második nagylemezét, melynek beharangozó számához az amerikai színész-rendező fenegyerek Brady Corbet (Egy vezér gyermekkora, Vox Lux) forgatott orgiavideót.
A debütalbumhoz hasonlóan a tavalyi Blue Hippo kislemezdal még a gitáros Jesse Harris társszerző-produceri támogatásával készült, de a második albumhoz Maya már az Okkervil River folk-rock zenekar basszistáját, Benjamin Lazar Davist kérte fel zenei segédjének.
Az új lemez beharangozó dalát, a Thérèse-t a lengyel-francia festő Balthus (Balthasar Klossowski de Rola, 1908–2001) tinilány-ábrázolásával botrányt keltő Thérèse rêvant (Thérèse álmodik) című 1938-as műve ihlette, a Brady Corbettel forgatott erdei kisfilmhez pedig – melyben Maya Hawke végig félmeztelenül szerepel – az idén elhunyt provokatív japán fényképész Josijuki Kohei éjszakánként közparkokban szexelő és kukkoló emberekről készült hetvenes évekbeli fotósorozata adta az inspirációt.
