Muse: Won’t Stand Down – videoklip a kilencedik album elé
A Muse brit rocktrió legutóbbi 2018-as Simulation Theory nagylemeze és annak 2019-ben Budapestre is eljutó turnéja óta Matt Bellamy frontember a Last Shadow Puppets-, Blur-, Jet- és Zutons-tagok társaságában alapított The Jaded Hearts Club nevű feldolgozásprojekt-szupergruppal jelentetett meg újdonságokat, a 2020-as You’ve Always Been Here debütalbumuk és Live At The 100 Club koncertkiadványuk után legutóbb 2021-ben a Do I Love You (Indeed I Do) című kislemezdalt, de közben a szólófelvételeiből is összeállított tavaly egy EP-t. Most anyazenekara élén is visszatér, a kilencedik Muse-albumot felvezető első klipdallal.
A gitáros-billentyűs-énekes Bellamy a Trónok harca tévésorozat 2019 áprilisában megjelent For The Throne: Music Inspired By The HBO Series Game Of Thrones kísérőlemezéhez adott Pray (High Valyrian) című szólódalát az az évi Muse -koncertek repertoárjába is bevette, de a 2020 májusában a járványhelyzet alatt közzétett Tomorrow’s World című szerzeménye már tényleg egy önálló szólódal volt. Azon a nyáron aztán egy új Muse-album megírásába is belekezdett, melyet 2021 folyamán fel is vett a basszista Chris Wolstenholme és a dobos Dominic Howard társaságában, karácsonykor egy Instagram Live-közvetítésben már a Won’t Stand Down című dal egy metálriffelős részletével izgatta rajongóit.
