Norah Jones amúgy már régóta nagy rajongója a fenti 2010-es fotón látható Jeff Tweedynek, a Jesus, Etc. című 2002-es Wilco-dalt például az elmúlt tíz évben többször is előadta élőben, Puss N Boots nevű country/folk-rock csajtriójával is és önálló koncertjein is:

A tradicionális amerikai rockzene legfontosabb együttesei közé számító chicagói Wilco frontembere, az 1967-es születésű Jeff Tweedy három nappal Norah Jones-kollaborációjának megjelenése után egy saját dallal is előállt: a rögtön klippel együtt bemutatott Some Birds a november 30-ra várható Warm című nagylemezét harangozza be, mely három évtizedes karriejének első igazi szólóalbuma lesz. Tweedy tavaly a fekete gospel-soul énekesnő Mavis Staplesszel készített If All I Was Was Black nagylemez mellett már kiadott egy szólóanyagot Together At Last (Loft Acoustic Session I) címen, de azon ismert Wilco-számokat, illetve Golden Smog és Loose Fur nevű hajdani projektjeinek ritkaságait játszotta újra egyedül akusztikus verzióban – a most bejelentett Warm albuma viszont új szerzeményekre épül.

A gitáros-énekes elmondása szerint a lemez több számát is saját énjének és árnyék-énjének konfrontációja ihlette, így nem meglepő, hogy a Some Birds című beharangozó dal Seth Henrikson által rendezett vicces klipjében is Jeff két verzióját láthatjuk, akik még egy közös négykezes gitározásra is összeállnak.
