Pale Waves: Noises – videoklip + FRISSÍTÉS: Eighteen – újabb dal az albumbejelentéshez

A BBC Sound Of 2018-listás Pale Waves 2017-es klipdalai (There’s A Honey, Television Romance) és az idei év elején kiadott négyszámos All The Things I Never Said EP videói (New Year’s Eve, The Tide, My Obsession, Heavenly) után a Kiss már az első album első kislemeze volt, a mostani Noises pedig akár a címadó szám lehet: a My Mind Makes Noises nyitósort, melyet a doboslány Ciara Doran kedvenc dalszövegeként már a múlt télen magára is tetováltatott, a rajongók a hivatalosan még be nem jelentett album címének tippelik. Heather Baron-Gracie a Noises három héttel ezelőtti rádiópremierjekor szeptember első hetére ígérte a nagylemezt, melyet az EP-jükhöz hasonlóan a korábbi The 1975-albumok programozó-hangmérnökének, Jonathan Gilmore-nak a produceri segédletével rögzítettek.

A Noises a dalszerző-gitáros-énekesnő Heather eddigi legszemélyesebb szövege, saját önértékelési problémáiról és labilis érzelmeiről írta (“Heather, you’re stupid” – szól az egyik sor), így a klipben is csak őt láthatjuk – egyszerre több kinézettel is.
