Rivers Cuomo: Two Broken Hearts – videoklip a Weezer vezérének szólódalához
A Weezer szemüveges dalszerző-gitáros-énekese, Rivers Cuomo idén zenekarának nagy sikerű Toto-feldolgozásai (Rosanna, Africa) és a 2019-re bejelentett Fekete Albumuk beharangozó klipdalai (Can’t Knock The Hustle, Zombie Bastards) mellett szólófelvételekkel is előállt: a márciusi Medicine For Melancholy után most az év végi ünnepekhez is igazított egy romantikus kis számot, és ehhez már egy mémekkel teli vicces klipet is készített.
Az 1970-es születésű Weezer-frontember 2008-2011 közt már kiadott három albumnyi szólódemót Alone című lemezsorozatában, továbbá mások számaiban is főszerepelt énekes díszvendégként (legutóbb a portugál DJ-producer RAC tavalyi I Still Wanna Know-jában), de ezek az idei felvételek már rendes Rivers Cuomo-szólókislemezdalok. A ma érkezett Two Broken Hearts két jó barátról, egy fiúról és egy lányról szól, akik szerelmi csalódásban összetört szívüket egymást vigasztalva kúrálják ki a srác lakásán közös jégkrémzabálás és házimozizás közben, a klip pedig extra szórakozást is kínál mémparádéjával.
